Summerings

As the sun popped its glorious head out this weekend, my favourite sandals followed suit along with a pair of pasty bare legs and my new utility shorts that I'd been dying to wear, (not quite ready legs in hindsight). As I walked a few yards along the road I realised that I'd fallen into the trap of a typical Brit and dressed for August in April and was pretty bloody cold. Oh dear. Goosebumps did not go well with my new shorts. With the taste of summer and last night’s BBQ in mind my warm-weather wish list is growing by the day and I can't wait to show some appropriately prepared skin.
